A blend of molecular sieve desiccant (60%) and polymer (40%), Stream Peak's Desiccant Polymer is capable of adsorbing moisture, odour, and volatile organic compounds. It can be moulded and customised to fit available space where complex shaping is required. It can be easily applied in a small area using screws, adhesives, and other mechanical retention methods to allow easy installation.
Moisture Absorbing Polymer is incorporated with controlled absorption properties to prolong its life span and thus reducing the maintenance cost. It also reduces the risk of fibre loss and desiccant dust contamination, making it highly advantageous for applications that require a high level of cleanliness. It is perfect to use in various industries such as semiconductors, medical devices, circuit boards, computers, photovoltaic, optics, electronics, shipping applications, and for storage with extreme temperature condition ranging from -40°C to 90°C.
